- Once the project planning or development phase has started, cancellations are not permitted.
- Webpy SEO Club reserves the right to cancel a project in case of non-cooperation, delayed responses, or non-payment from the client’s end.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable if the project has not entered the execution phase.
- No refunds will be provided for partially or fully completed services such as SEO campaigns, ad management, or web development, as time and resources are already invested.
- In case of a technical error or duplicate payment, the refund will be processed after internal verification within 7–10 business days.
